Commentate At The Toughsheet Community Stadium

Have you ever fancied yourself as a football commentator? Alan March Sport (AMS) is looking for people to join the brand new speciality in-stadium access commentary service offered for all Bolton Wanderers' home games. 

If you've always wanted to learn about, and experience being a football commentator, then we have a training day at The Toughsheet Community Stadium on November 19th, so don't let this opportunity pass you by.

AMS have 15 commentary teams around the country, including Premier League clubs such as Nottingham Forest, Wolves, Fulham and Newcastle. They have covered matches at the FIFA World Cup 2022, The UEFA European Championship, UEFA Champions League, Nations League, Europa League and Women's Champions League Finals, as well as the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games and many more events.

They are looking for applicants who fit the following requirements:

  • Be able to commit to approx 75% of Bolton Wanderers home fixtures, including pre-season and cup games.
  • Be able to occasionally carry a small amount of equipment (less than 10kg).
  • Live within approximately 70 minutes’ travel of the stadium;
  • Be available for the all-day training session (9.15am-5.30pm) on November 19th, 2023 at The Toughsheet Community Stadium.

The closing date for applications is 11.59pm, 14th November, 2023, but we reserve the right to close applications early should they be oversubscribed, so please get your application in as soon as possible!

Please note this is a voluntary position and you will not become an employee of Bolton Wanderers or Alan March Sport Ltd. All volunteers must be over the age of 16 on the date of the training day.
