Bolton Wanderers supporters are advised to keep an eye on their inboxes as digital season tickets for the 2026/27 Sky Bet Championship campaign begin arriving today (Thursday 30 July 2026).
Supporters who selected a digital-only season ticket will receive an email from Ticketmaster containing their digital pass, while those who requested a physical season card will also have received a digital version, with physical cards now being posted First Class.
The Club is encouraging all season ticket holders to download their digital season ticket to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet as soon as it arrives, ahead of the opening home league fixture against Preston North End on Saturday 15 August.
How to download your digital season ticket
Apple iPhone
- Open the Ticketmaster email containing your digital season ticket.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
- Press Add to save your season ticket to your wallet.
- On matchday, simply open Apple Wallet and present your ticket at the turnstile.
Android
- Open the Ticketmaster email containing your digital season ticket.
- Tap Add to Google Wallet.
- If prompted, download Google Wallet from the Google Play Store.
- Press Save to add your season ticket.
- On matchday, open Google Wallet and present your ticket at the turnstile.
Downloading your ticket before travelling to the Toughsheet Community Stadium will ensure the quickest and smoothest entry on matchday.
Haven't received your email?
If your digital season ticket hasn't arrived yet, please don't panic.
Before contacting the Ticket Office, supporters are asked to:
- Check their junk or spam folder.
- Search their inbox for emails from Ticketmaster.
- Check the email address used when purchasing their season ticket.
If you are still unable to locate your digital season ticket after completing these checks, please contact the Bolton Wanderers Ticket Office, where the team will be happy to assist.
Supporters who requested a physical season card should note that cards have now been posted First Class and should arrive shortly. Your digital season ticket can be used immediately once downloaded.
