Bolton Wanderers can confirm that work to refresh the Fan Stones around the Nat Lofthouse statue will begin during the week commencing Monday, 13th July.
As part of the ongoing Fan Stones project, the existing stones in this area will be carefully removed before new stones are installed in their place. The personalised inscriptions will be retained, meaning supporters' existing dedications will be recreated on the new stones as part of the refurbishment.
Supporters who would like to collect their original stone should contact the club by emailing facilities@bwfc.co.uk, including the name shown on the inscription.
Although every effort will be made to remove the stones as carefully as possible, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during the removal process.
Original stones will be held until Tuesday, 22nd July. Any supporters wishing to collect their stone should contact facilities@bwfc.co.uk before this date. Stones for which we have not been contacted by 22nd July will not be retained.
Once your request has been acknowledged by the Facilities Team, your stone will be available to collect between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Supporters are asked to arrange collection in advance by emailing facilities@bwfc.co.uk, with the team aiming to respond within 48 hours.
