Bolton Wanderers Women are delighted to announce the signing of Jess Nwachukwu on a dual registration from Manchester United.

Having come through the Manchester United youth ranks, Jess has been with the club for six years and was part of the squad that won the Youth FA Cup at U16 level against Arsenal in 2024. She arrives as a talented right-sided player, bringing pace, attacking intent, and defensive discipline to bolster the Wanderers’ squad for the remainder of the campaign.

On joining the Wanderers, Jess said: “I’m really happy to dual sign for the club. I feel the environment here will be great for my development as a player, and I can’t wait to get started and see how I can contribute to the team.”

Women’s Interim Head Coach Tom Cunniff added: “Jess is a player with real potential and the right attributes for the levels we’re competing at. The dual-registration deal allows her to continue her development with Manchester United while gaining senior experience here with us. We believe she’ll strengthen our squad and bring competition for places down the right flank.”

“A thank you must also go to everyone at Manchester United for trusting us with Jess’s development and we’re really excited for what she can potentially show during her time with us.”
