Wanderers return home to the Toughsheet Community Stadium after making it four wins from five last time out in London.
Corey Blackett-Taylor's debut goal handed the Whites all three points away at AFC Wimbledon last Saturday which see's Steven Schumacher's side stay 3rd in the table.
Barnsley have lost just once in their last five games, picking up two victories and two draws in that time. That defeat came away at the league leaders Cardiff City.
Most recently the Tykes battled out a 2-2 draw with Kevin Nolan's Northampton Town at Oakwell with McGoldrick and Phillips on the scoresheet for the homeside.
Press Conference
Steven Schumacher: "We need to rediscover the goalscoring touch at home and be a bit more clinical with the chances that we get because if we do that, we can be a match for any team.
"We've probably done more business than we expected, there was a couple of curveballs in there that we didn't see coming."
Barnsley Head Coach Conor Hourihane: "Theyare a really good team. I really like Steven Schumacher; I think he’s got a really good way of playing. They play in a really attacking way with two wingers."
Team News
The weekend may come to soon for both Josh Sheehan and Johnny Kenny who both have calf issues. Kenny picked his injury last month at Celtic.
Richard Taylor has returned to full training whereas further checks will be needed on fellow left-back Max Conway who was dealt an injury blow in the home win over Burton Albion. Ruben Rodrigues will likely feature as soon as he gets some minutes for Wanderers' B Team to get the midfielder up to speed.
