Wanderers are looking to get back to winning ways this weekend at Vale Park, holding an unbeaten record of 13 games.
Last time out against Port Vale in the league saw Wanderers take 3 points at home with a resounding 4-0 win, including goals from Cozier-Duberry 31' 68', Xavier Simons 36' and Kyle Dempsey 72'. However, suffering a 1-0 defeat in the EFL trophy in January.
Port Vale have had a tough time in League One, 14 points adrift from safety currently sat in 24th, struggling for consistency and points. But their FA Cup form has been impressive, showing they can raise their game on the big stage.
Their previous game was a 3-2 thriller, as Blackpool took home the 3 points. Vale lead 2-1 up until the 72nd minute when Blackpool's Ashley Fletcher fired in from close range before Reuell Walters tucked home the winner in the 81st minute.
Press Conference
Steven Schumacher: "They're a team that can cause you huge problems, they were good against us in the Vertu"
"They've also shown at home that they can be dangerous, beating Bristol City and Sunderland recently. A really good result against Huddersfield that could have gone either way"
"The pitch plays a part because of what it's like, so we have to be mindful of that. It's not going to be like our pitch where it's free flowing"
"We don't want to get into a fight because it suits Port Vale more than us"
Port Vale Manager Jon Brady: “Really hard to take (the defeat). We take the lead twice, but we were really sloppy in the second half to concede straight away.”
