Just three days on from Boxing Day, Wanderers face Lincoln City looking to bounce back immediately following their defeat to Barnsley.
The Imps are a side the Whites remain unbeaten against on home soil since 1984, and enjoyed an impressive 3-0 victory during their last visit to the Toughsheet in August 2023.
Sunday's visitors come into this one on the back of a Boxing Day defeat to relegation-threatened Shrewsbury Town.
Lincoln sit in ninth, just one place above Wanderers on goal difference, but having played two games more.
Manager Quotes
Ian Evatt following Barnsley: "We have to dust ourselves off and go again but we have to learn from our second half because our game management in particular was extremely poor. We've only got ourselves to blame. The crowd were excellent today. They were fully supportive of the players.
"No-one can say anything about that because they were excellent. We just didn't do it in the second half and not to see the game out in the last 10 minutes is very disappointing."
Team News
Victor Adeboyejo should be available for Sunday's game after a bout of illness meant he was missing from action.
Boxing Day came too soon for Eoin Toal but he should be available for selection, as should Jay Matete who is back from suspension.
For the visitors, Lincoln boss Michael Skubala has the option of playing forward Robert Street from the off with the 23-year-old making a number of substitute appearances in recent weeks.
Form Guide
Wanderers are hoping their run of positive home form will return after suffering rare back-to-back defeats at the Toughsheet.
Despite this, the Whites can close the gap to the top six with a win on Sunday to just goal difference, with games in hand in the favour of Ian Evatt's side.
One win in five for Lincoln have them in a very similar position to Wanderers knowing a win can get them back in the mix for the Play-Offs.
Their last two results on the road were the already mentioned defeat to Shrewsbury Town and a 2-2 draw with Huddersfield Town, having been pegged back late on to draw after initially leading 2-0.
