Amario Cozier-Duberry celebrates after Lincoln Equaliser

Goals at either ends of the 90 minutes meant that Wanderers took a point right at the death. Tom Hamer's own goal following Amario Cozier-Duberry's cross was due reward for continuing to push until the last minute for an equaliser.

Wanderers found themselves a goal down just 18 seconds into the game. Reeco Hackett received the ball on the right wing before crossing a ball into the box for Freddie Draper to head past Teddy Sharman-Lowe.

The Whites came agonisingly close to an equaliser after nine minutes. Amario Cozier-Duberry sent in a cross to the back post which was parried away by George Wickens but only as far as Ibrahim Cissoko who laid the ball off to Josh Dacres-Cogley to shoot but his effort was blocked. Joel Randall followed up but his effort was saved.

24 minutes in and the visitors almost doubled their lead. Tom Hamer forced a great save at the back post from Sharman-Lowe as the deficit stayed at one.

Cissoko put another dangerous ball into the middle. This time aimed towards Mason Burstow who tried a bicycle kick but it flew wide of the goal.

Just after the half-hour mark Hackett came close to rippling the Bolton net with a fierce volley following a long-throw-in but it just went wide of Sharman-Lowe’s goal.

Shortly after the break Wanderers continued to dominate the ball and almost grabbed an equaliser on 58 minutes. A scramble in the Lincoln area was eventually scrambled clear but only as far Eoin Toal whose first time shot crashed against the cross bar and out for a goal kick.

Moments later the Whites had the ball in the net through Cozier-Duberry but the official’s verdict was that the winger’s arm made contact with the ball on its way into the net.

Wanderers pushed again on 69 minutes. Max Conway’s ball in from the left found Randall whose effort went through the legs of the defender but somehow Wickens got a toe to the ball to force it wide and out for a corner.

Substitute Josh Sheehan had two great chances to grab an equaliser around the 80 minute mark. A free-kick from around 20-yards-out, was well struck but palmed away. Shortly afterwards the Welsh international created an opportunity for himself by skipping past two or three defenders but again his effort was saved.

But late, late drama rescued the Whites a point. Cozier-Duberry escaped down the right and played a low driven ball which was bundled home by a Lincoln’s Tom Hamer who got his feet in a muddle as Steven Schumacher’s side walked away with a point.
