Wanderers take on Middlesbrough in Round Two of the Carabao Cup at the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Tuesday 29th August (KO 7.45pm).

Former Wanderers' defender David Wheater will be a special guest in the Lion of Vienna Suite for our Carabao Cup clash against Middlesbrough on Tuesday 29th August (KO 7.45pm).
Wheater appeared for the club over 200 times and was part of the Whites’ League One promotion winning side in 2017, scoring an impressive nine goals from central defence.
Middlesborough also have a special place in his heart having started his career with the North East side, first joining them in 1997 and appearing 140 times in Boro red.

The 1877 Suite (formerly the Platinum Suite) will also be open for the fixture.
