We can confirm that Nelson Khumbeni has joined Morecambe FC on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season.
The midfielder, who scored in Wanderers' victory against Manchester United U21s in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy this season, links up with Ged Brannan's side who currently sit 15th in Sky Bet League Two.
After spending most of the first half of the season on loan at AFC Fylde in the National League, Nelson makes the step up to EFL football to continue his footballing development.
