Official Supporters Coaches | Wembley Travel Guide

f

With over 25,000 tickets sold already, the Wanderers faithful are set to create a wall of white at Wembley on Sunday. We want every supporter making the trip on an official club coach to have the best possible day, so we've put together everything you need to know below.

Please read it before you travel.

DEPARTURE POINT AND PARKING

Coaches depart from Car Park E, which sits adjacent to Car Park C at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. Car Park C opens at 3:30am and vehicles can be left there and you do not need to enter your car park registration (see collection times below to avoid any parking charges).

Every supporter (apart from those with accessible needs) who is getting on a coach needs to park on Car Park C.

If you've been directly advised that your coach is leaving from a different location, such as coaches arranged for supporters with accessibility requirements, follow the instructions you've been given rather than the standard Car Park E departure point.

QUEUE AND DEPARTURE TIMES

The coach queue opens at 4am. Coaches will be filled and depart on a staggered basis from 4.30am-6.30am. All supporters must be in the queue by 6am at the latest to guarantee prompt departures.

Coaches are not pre-allocated to specific seats or groups. Boarding the coach will run in queue order, so arriving early is in your interest. Where single seats remain on a coach, we'll give priority to supporters travelling alone, so no vehicle leaves with empty seats.

You'll need to present your coach ticket to a member of staff before boarding. No ticket, no travel.

ALCOHOL POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985, carrying or consuming alcohol on a coach travelling to or from a designated sporting event is a criminal offence. This covers open and unopened containers. The club fully supports this legislation and expects all supporters to comply.

Stewards will check bags and belongings before boarding. Any alcohol found will be placed in the coach hold, with the driver's permission, and returned when coaches arrive back at the stadium after the match.

Anyone whose behaviour poses a risk to other passengers, including children, will be removed by stewards before departure.

REFRESHMENTS

The Leasing Options Fanzone will be open from 4am. Breakfast, tea, coffee and other refreshments will all be available to buy from there. Toilets are also available there, so please use the facilities before you board.

WEMBLEY MERCHANDISE

A selection of Wembley Merchandise will be available from the Leasing Options Fanzone, which will be open from 4am.

RETURNING HOME

Coaches will depart Wembley Stadium no later than 90 minutes after full-time and return to Car Park E at the stadium in the evening.

If you've left a vehicle in Car Park C, you have until midday on Monday 25 May to collect it. Any vehicle remaining after that time will be subject to a parking charge.
