Steven Schumacher believes Amario Cozier Duberry's late leveller to earn Wanderers a point was more than deserved as they extended their unbeaten run to seven league games.
The stunning strike from the Brighton loanee was enough to ensure the Whites headed North was something to show for their performance - one which on another day could have been more with the chances they created.
For the Head Coach post-game, he felt it was a display from his side that warranted taking points from.
"I think it's a point that we more than deserved," he said.
"I thought we controlled the game and it was probably one that we deserved to win but in the end, we have to settle for a point.
"Overall, I thought the control that we had in the game, and once again, another opponent has changed what they've been doing over the last few weeks and ended up playing a back five, which shows us a little bit of respect.
"The areas of the pitch that we got into, the chances that we created again and we limited them to very little again on our goal. But yes, we're delighted to come out of it with something because as I say, I think the lads worked incredibly hard and we deserved to take a point from the game - at least."
Cozier-Duberry will take the main headlines for Wanderers - with the Wanderers' boss quick to praise his wideman - but also made reference to the impact the bench made in helping the Whites to come from behind to claim a point.
"It's a great goal, and he's playing with confidence," he said.
"He's a player who has been exciting for us. We keep saying to him that he just needs to make sure that the end product bit is good and when he produces moments like that, then he's going to be a big player for us.
"Teams are frightened of him. You see him in the first half, they were doubling up on his side and I think the change of shape is down to how effective our wingers have been. But when they've been doubling up on his side, Thierry Gale got into some great moments today.
"I must say the subs who came on to the pitch made a huge impact. I thought Ethan and Josh gave us that energy when we needed it because we'd worked hard in the first 70 minutes.
"Sam Dalby was a threat when he came on. Marcus looked lively and Ibs looked dangerous and lively and was the best he's played for us. When I have to pick a starting XI, it's difficult for me at the moment because everyone's champing at the bit to play.
"But if you don't get selected, you've got to do what we've done today, which was excellent to see."
Next up for the Whites is the derby with Wigan Athletic on Saturday 20th August at the Toughsheet Community Stadium (click here for tickets).
Schumacher emphasised the impact of the travelling support on the road at the BetWright Stadium on Saturday afternoon, and the influence they can have next week when returning to the Toughsheet for Derby Day.
"Our fans were brilliant today," he said.
"Away from home all season, it's been excellent - the noise, the constant singing. We could feel them behind us and the players sensed that. The fans didn't give up, didn't get frustrated and they're seeing that the lads are putting everything in and playing well.
"So we just need to keep doing that, keep sticking at it. If we do that and we can pick up our home points, then we'll be fine.
"And there's no better game than next week. It's a huge game and we need everybody there and get the atmosphere going, because we want to turn them over if we can."
