Steven Schumacher has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month award following an impressive start to his Wanderers’ reign.
The Whites’ head coach has been nominated for the February prize along with Birmingham City boss Chris Davies, Dave Challinor of Stockport County and Charlton Athletic’s Nathan Jones.
Schumacher oversaw three successive wins during his first month in charge, with his side coming from behind each time to beat Crawley Town, Shrewsbury and Leyton Orient to stay in touch with the play-off places.
The Sky Bet Manager of the Month judging panel comprises former Barnsley manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies, with the winners to be announced on Friday, 7th March.
