Sharman-Lowe Ends Wanderers' Stay

Teddy Sharman-Lowe last game

Wanderers can confirm that goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe has been re-called from his loan spell with the Whites by parent club Chelsea.

The Premier League club has activated a break in the potential season-long loan to take Sharman-Lowe back to Stamford Bridge ahead of the next step in his career path.

The 22-year-old keeper started 22 League One games for Wanderers in an uninterrupted run up to the end of December and was named player of the month in November.

The former England U21 international was then on the bench for the New Year games against Doncaster Rovers and Northampton Town before illness ruled him out of last Saturday’s loss at Peterborough United, making his final appearance for Wanderers Tuesday night’s Vertu Trophy defeat to Port Vale.

Wanderers would like to thank Teddy for his contribution and commitment during his time with the Whites and wish him well in his future career.
