Supporter Information Ahead of Luton Town Fixture

n

Bolton Wanderers welcome Luton Town to the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Saturday for our final Sky Bet League One fixture of the 2025/26 season.

Our supporters have played a large role in the campaign, travelling the country in numbers, filling away ends and creating the atmosphere that has carried the team into the play-off places.

Saturday provides an opportunity for the players to acknowledge that support.

At full-time, the squad and their families will complete a lap of appreciation around the pitch to thank supporters for their backing across the season.

The club wants supporters to share that moment together, so the pitch must remain clear for the lap to take place.

Entering the field of play is a criminal offence. Anyone who goes onto the pitch risks arrest, prosecution, a football banning order and a criminal record. These outcomes affect future attendance at matches and may impact employment or education.

Pyrotechnics remain illegal inside football grounds. Flares and smoke bombs present clear danger in packed stands and place surrounding supporters at risk.

Throwing objects inside a stadium carries equal danger. A single item launched into a crowd can cause injury to supporters, players, stewards or staff.

Courts across the country have issued multi-year football banning orders this season for offences including pitch incursions and the use of pyrotechnics.

Bolton Wanderers will enforce the club’s Fan Sanction Policy where incidents occur.

Supporters who witness unsafe or abusive behaviour can report it through the following routes:

TEXT: 07542850902 (include block, row and seat where possible)
EMAIL: safeguarding@bwfc.co.uk
IN-STADIUM: Speak with your nearest steward

All reports remain confidential.

Saturday closes the league programme and our attention turns quickly to the play-offs.

The support inside the Toughsheet Community Stadium has carried the team through decisive moments this season. The players speak about it often and that backing will be needed again in the matches ahead.

Remain in the stands. Let the players have the pitch for the lap of appreciation with their families.
