With a huge crowd expected at the Toughsheet, we urge supporters to arrive in good time to ease the process of entering the stadium on matchday. 

We politely ask supporters to also have their e-tickets added to their digital wallets ready for entry at the turnstiles to speed up entry into the stadium.

Supporters under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) whilst attending fixtures at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.*

The lower tier of the Franking Sense South Stand will be open to Wanderers supporters for this fixture.

The Boxoso Premier Suite Fanzone is back, set up for a proper pre-match build. Long tables, flowing beers, fresh Italian pizzas, live entertainment and giant screens showing the 5.30pm kick off to enjoy while the ground fills up around you.

At 6:30pm, Wanderers Legend Ricardo Gardner steps in for a live Q&A. He played in sides that relied on the crowd being at it from the first whistle. He knows what a night like this demands and he’s coming in to get behind the lads.

Doors open at 5pm. Singer Craig Benyon is on from 5:45pm, driving the kind of set that pulls groups in and gets voices going early.

Capacity is limited and once it’s reached, entry stops. Supporters who have been in there earlier this season will know how quickly that point comes.

The Leasing Options Outdoor Fanzone is open from 5pm, though the indoor space holds the tighter, louder pre-match crowd.

The Leasing Options Fan Zone is the definitive pre-match destination, open from 5pm. It always reaches capacity, so arriving at 5pm is the only way to secure your spot.

Inside, find three bars, including a dedicated Craft Ale Bar featuring premium beers from BrewDog and Salt Beer Factory. Fuel up with diverse options from five food outlets: Namploy, Spice Valley, Fratellis, Northern Ivy Grill and hot drinks/cakes from Backup. Bring the family! The Fan Zone features a game zone and an enclosed football pitch for the kids.

For 2025/26 - for supporters based in the UK and Ireland - Wanderers TV is no longer be able to provide live video streaming services to anyone based domestically – for any fixture. 

A specific audio match passes will be available for Tuesday's game, as well as part of a monthly/annual pass to the club's TV channel. 

For Wanderers fans located internationally, the game will be available for live streaming.

The Ticket Office, situated next to the shop, is open until kick-off on Saturday.

The shop will also be open post-game for 30 minutes after the full-time whistle to accommodate all supporters’ needs.

With the 2025/26 League One season entering its final and most decisive phase, Bolton Wanderers Football Club is urging the Wanderers faithful to get behind the team as the club makes its push for promotion.

The atmosphere generated inside the Toughsheet Community Stadium this season has been a factor in results on the pitch. The players know it. The management know it. And that backing matters more than ever.

This is a club that has worked hard to get to this point and a fanbase that has matched that effort week after week. We want every one of those remaining home fixtures to feel like the occasion it deserves to be.

With that in mind, we must address a number of conduct issues that have arisen during recent matches. These involve a small minority of supporters and they are raised here because we will not allow them to undermine what the rest of us are building towards.

Pyrotechnics and smoke bombs

 Devices of this kind have appeared in the stadium this season. Possession and use of a pyrotechnic device at a football match is a criminal offence and individuals found with one face arrest and prosecution. The physical risk in a packed stand is serious. Stewards and medical staff have to respond immediately when a device is lit, diverting attention away from the crowd at the worst possible moment.

The FA also imposes fines on clubs where pyrotechnics are used. Those fines are a direct cost to Bolton Wanderers, money that belongs the football club and nowhere else.

Throwing of objects

The same standards apply. A thrown object is uncontrolled the moment it leaves a hand and the person it strikes is a fellow supporter, a child or a member of staff. It will be treated with full seriousness under the club's Fan Sanction Policy.

Abuse of staff and colleagues

A number of incidents have involved verbal and physical abuse directed at club staff. These people are part of the Bolton Wanderers family in exactly the same way as the supporters in the seats. The club operates a zero-tolerance approach on this, without exception. Anyone found responsible faces sanctions in line with our policy and where incidents meet the threshold for criminal action, the club will work alongside Greater Manchester Police to pursue it.

Supporters are reminded of the ANPR car parking system in place at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, so please remember to pay for your parking either at the machines in the car parks or online.

Supporters are encouraged to utilise www.parkgood2go.com for match day payments.

The portal allows users to register their number plate and payment details and once registered, the ANPR cameras will recognise the number plate as the vehicle enters into the stadium car park and payment will automatically be taken.

Please be aware of local residents and park responsibly, using official Club car parks.

It is of the utmost importance that everyone inside our stadium feels comfortable and safe.

The ‘One Wanderers Family’ campaign allows supporters to share information and report any incidents of disorder in and around the stadium via a dedicated TEXT number as we encourage fans to See It. Report It. Stop It.

We officially opened our new Sensory Room at the Toughsheet Community Stadium in March!

Funded entirely by the Bolton Wanderers Development Association (BWDA) and built by Creative Activity, and in direct consultation with the Bolton Wanderers Disabled Supporters Association (BWDSA) and the Bolton Wanderers Supporters Trust, the room provides supporters with sensory sensitivities a dedicated matchday space, removing a barrier that has made attending live football difficult or impossible for many fans and their families.
