Her Game Too
Bolton Wanderers are proud to support the Her Game Too movement this weekend, as Wanderers host Huddersfield Town at the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Saturday.
The fixture marks a special opportunity for the club, players, and supporters to come together in championing inclusivity and tackling sexism in football. Her Game Too has become a powerful force across the game, raising awareness and promoting a safe, welcoming environment for all fans - something Bolton Wanderers are fully committed to.
Supporters attending Saturday’s clash can expect to see the campaign highlighted throughout the stadium, with dedicated messaging and activations reinforcing the importance of equality in football. The club continues to stand alongside Her Game Too in ensuring that everyone, regardless of gender, feels valued and respected when following the Wanderers.
Her Game Too representatives will be walking around the pitch at half time so make sure to give them a warm Wanderers welcome!
Should you ever be subject to or witness any incidents of sexism, please report this directly to the ‘One Wanderers’ reporting system via text or WhatsApp on 07542 850 902.
You can also contact the Her Game Too team if you are interested in becoming a part of the team via email on info@hergametoo.co.uk.
Bowel Cancer UK
Let's show the red card to the poo taboo!
Did you know that during the average 90-minute football match, another three people will die of bowel cancer? But it doesn’t need to be this way: the disease is treatable and curable when caught early.
Right now, it's the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the UK and yet no-one is talking about it. Bowel Cancer UK is a charity working hard to change that. That’s why our sponsor, Victorian Plumbing, has chosen to support the charity and why Bolton Wanderers FC is raising awareness and funds this Saturday 18th too.
There’s plenty of opportunity for you to get stuck in...
Around the stadium, you can get involved with loo roll activities (including the chance to win a year's supply!), learn more about the symptoms to look out for and have the opportunity to donate. You can also text POO to 70470 to donate £5.
Your support will make sure more people are diagnosed sooner, giving them precious extra time with their loved ones because there's no substitute for early diagnosis.
Marcus Hallows - Elvis Impersonator
Half time entertainment this week will be provided by Marcus Hallows with some of Elvis' greatest hits!
Marcus started his football career in the Bolton Wanderers school of excellence before signing a professional contract and playing reserve team football. His father, Paul Hallows, also represented the Whites during the 60s and 70s.
These days, Marcus is a well-known Elvis Impersonator, and he will be belting out some classics at half time so make sure to stay in your seats and enjoy.
Thank you very much!

Love Football. Protect the Game.
With the 2025/26 League One season entering its final and most decisive phase, Bolton Wanderers Football Club is urging the Wanderers faithful to get behind the team as the club makes its push for promotion.
The atmosphere generated inside the Toughsheet Community Stadium this season has been a factor in results on the pitch. The players know it. The management know it. And that backing matters more than ever.
This is a club that has worked hard to get to this point and a fanbase that has matched that effort week after week. We want every one of those remaining home fixtures to feel like the occasion it deserves to be.
With that in mind, we must address a number of conduct issues that have arisen during recent matches. These involve a small minority of supporters and they are raised here because we will not allow them to undermine what the rest of us are building towards.
Pyrotechnics and smoke bombs
Devices of this kind have appeared in the stadium this season. Possession and use of a pyrotechnic device at a football match is a criminal offence and individuals found with one face arrest and prosecution. The physical risk in a packed stand is serious. Stewards and medical staff have to respond immediately when a device is lit, diverting attention away from the crowd at the worst possible moment.
The FA also imposes fines on clubs where pyrotechnics are used. Those fines are a direct cost to Bolton Wanderers, money that belongs the football club and nowhere else.
Throwing of objects
The same standards apply. A thrown object is uncontrolled the moment it leaves a hand and the person it strikes is a fellow supporter, a child or a member of staff. It will be treated with full seriousness under the club's Fan Sanction Policy.
Abuse of staff and colleagues
A number of incidents have involved verbal and physical abuse directed at club staff. These people are part of the Bolton Wanderers family in exactly the same way as the supporters in the seats. The club operates a zero-tolerance approach on this, without exception. Anyone found responsible faces sanctions in line with our policy and where incidents meet the threshold for criminal action, the club will work alongside Greater Manchester Police to pursue it.
Report it
If you witness pyro use, missile throwing or any abuse of staff or supporters, please report it.
TEXT: 07542850902 (please include block, row, and seat number where possible)
EMAIL: safeguarding@bwfc.co.uk
IN-STADIUM: Speak to your nearest steward. All reports are treated in strict confidence.
The club's full Fan Sanction Policy is available on the official website.
Bolton Wanderers is a family club. Grandparents, parents and children together, willing Steven Schumacher’s men forward. That is what we are and that is what we protect.
Now it is time to make some noise. Back this squad. Back Steven Schumacher. The Toughsheet has been our twelfth man this season and these players need it louder than ever across these final fixtures.
Promotion is within reach. Let's go and get it together.
One Club, One Community, One Town
Accessibility
Your match day experience is important to Bolton Wanderers Football Club. Our aim is to deliver access and inclusion for all.
Disabilities are wide-ranging and not always visible; the emphasis on removing barriers to ensure accessibility to services and facilities has changed the focus to enable you, where possible, to come to a match independently here at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
Should you have any further questions, please contact Daniel Scott, Disability Liaison Officer by calling 01204 328 888 or email dscott@bwfc.co.uk.

Wellbeing Hub
The Hub, located next to our Club Shop and Ticket Office at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, will once again be open on Saturday against Huddersfield Town
Opening from 10am, the Hub will open to supporters for a quiet space that involves free refreshments, fun activities and a safe space for those that need it prior to kick-off.
Sensory Room
We officially opened our new Sensory Room at the Toughsheet Community Stadium in March!
Funded entirely by the Bolton Wanderers Development Association (BWDA) and built by Creative Activity, and in direct consultation with the Bolton Wanderers Disabled Supporters Association (BWDSA) and the Bolton Wanderers Supporters Trust, the room provides supporters with sensory sensitivities a dedicated matchday space, removing a barrier that has made attending live football difficult or impossible for many fans and their families.
The Sensory Room is available to supporters on matchdays. All supporters are welcome. To arrange access or for any accessibility query, contact Daniel Scott, Disability Liaison Officer: dscott@bwfc.co.uk / 01204 328 888.
