New signing Gaizka Larrazabal could see his first action in a Wanderers’ shirt after being named on the bench for the Whites’ final pre-season friendly.
The Basque full-back is in the squad to face Dutch side NAC Breda as he works his way towards full fitness.
The former Athletic Bilbao man is joined on the Whites' bench by Eoin Toal, who could also make his first outing of the pre-season programme after recovering from the hamstring injury the defender sustained in last season’s play-off semi-final second leg.
Chris Forino returns to captain Wanderers after missing Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw at Fleetwood Town as Steven Schumacher’s men tackle a final public work-out ahead of next Saturday’s Carabao Cup opener at Sheffield Wednesday.
