Goalkeeper Luke Hutchinson has today joined Harrogate Town on a three-month loan deal.
Hutchinson links up with the Sulphurites for a chance of first-team football and a further taste of action in the National League.
The 24-year-old spent a successful season-long stay with Altrincham last season and now joins Harrogate’s bid to bounce back to the EFL at the first attempt. Town have won four and drawn one of their opening six games to sit second in the table.
Hutchinson’s temporary move follows a seven-day emergency loan to Grimsby Town for Wanderers’ team-mate David Harrington last weekend after the Whites strengthened their goalkeeping department with the signing of Southampton’s Gavin Bazunu ahead of the transfer deadline.
