Wanderers are again much-changed for the Vertu Trophy as they look to get past League One rivals Bradford City and reach the last 16 of the competition.
George Johnston and Xavier Simons are the only two who started Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Luton Town who are again named by boss Steven Schumacher in the Whites’ starting line-up.
Johnston captains the side, while Simons continues in midfield ahead of serving a one-match ban for Saturday’s FA Cup tie at Swindon Town following his sending off at Kenilworth Road.
It is still a strong line-up for Wanderers, though, with 18 senior players on duty as the Whites – unbeaten in their last seven games – bid to get past round two for the fifth season in a row.
Bradford, who drew 0-0 in League One at the Toughsheet Community Stadium 10 days ago, have made five changes but also name a strong line-up as they look to further enhance their recent record in the competition which has seen them reach the semi-finals for the last two seasons.
