Wanderers Announce Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final Ticket Details

Bolton Wanderers is pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 24th May 2026, 1.00pm kick-off.

Following our Semi-Final victory over Bradford City, Wanderers will face Stockport County in a bid to win this year’s Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final and gain promotion to the Sky Bet Championship.

Wanderers will be allocated 36,241 tickets for the West End of Wembley Stadium. Tickets will be sold from North Stand round to the South Stand as instructed by Wembley Stadium.

To ensure a speedy ticket buying process supporters are advised to ensure they read all information below thoroughly as many questions are answered in the following text.

Due to the extremely short sales window ahead of the final, all tickets must be purchased online here.

Please note, tickets will not be available in person at the Toughsheet Community Stadium Ticket Office, or via the usual Ticket Office telephone number.

Print at Home & Digital tickets will only be available for the final.

A maximum of 6 tickets can be booked in one transaction providing the booker has all other individual client reference numbers in their network.

Phase One

2025/26 Season Ticket Holders

ON SALE (ONLINE ONLY) – Friday 15th May at 12 Noon

Season ticket holders will be able to secure two tickets per client reference number during phase one. A maximum of six tickets can be booked in one transaction, providing the booker has all other individual Client Reference Numbers and surnames to hand or the rest of the party are already in their network.

Phase Two

2025/26 Season Ticket Holders, Official Club Members and Lifeline Members.

ON SALE (ONLINE ONLY) – Monday 18th May at 10am

Season ticket holders, official club members, and Lifeline members will be able to purchase two tickets per client reference number during phase two. A maximum of six tickets can be booked in one transaction, providing the booker has all other individual Client Reference Numbers and surnames to hand or the rest of the party are already in their network.

General Sale

ON SALE (ONLINE ONLY) – Tuesday 19th May at 10am

Subject to availability, supporters with a registered account on 14th May 2026 will be able to purchase a maximum of six tickets in one transaction, providing the booker has all other individual Customer Numbers and surnames to hand or the rest of the party are already in their network.

Please note, if season ticket holders or club members buy a ticket in phases one or two and then purchase additional tickets in phase three, the seats WILL NOT be located together.

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into three sections and there is also a concession rate.

Prices

Cat 1 - £86 Adults, £64.50 Young Adult, £43 Conc.

Cat 2 - £67 Adults, £50.25 Young Adult, £33.50 Conc.

Cat 3 - £59 Adults, £44.25 Young Adult, £29.50 Conc.

Cat 4 - £55 Adults, £41.25 Young Adult, £27.50 Conc.

Cat 5 - £41 Adults, £30.75 Young Adult, £20.50 Conc.

Cat 6 - £31 Adults, £23.25 Young Adult, £15.50 Conc.

The Young Adult price class is for those aged 17 – 21 years.

The Concession price class is for those aged 16 & under and those aged 65 and over.

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Supporters are advised that all tickets will be subject to a £3.00 per ticket booking fee.

Disability Access Tickets

Wheelchair user and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets, subject to eligibility, will be made available. These are sold under the same periods of sale. EFL regulations and Bolton Wanderers terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age-related concessions.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for guests with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 31/32. Please note audio description receivers and mini-induction loops can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match. For further information and location of the information booths, please visit Wembley’s dedicated page on audio descriptive commentary.

Official Coach Travel

Official Coach Travel is available priced at £60 for the return journey. 

Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a match ticket within the price of your travel. Coach seats must be booked online at www.eticketing.co.uk/bwfc. Coach departure from the Toughsheet Community Stadium will be staggered from 4.30am. The final coaches are estimated to depart at 6.30am.

Important Information

Family Area

Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1,699 seats (Blocks 137 to 140 in the West Side) as a Family Area for Bolton Wanderers supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than two adults for one child, at a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.

Singing Area

Bolton Wanderers recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing area choose Blocks 133/134.

Standing Area

Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. As of the 2025-26 season, there is also approximately 5,000 seats at the back of Level 5 in both ends. 

Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium. Supporters in this area must be aged 12 or over & must be aware when purchasing that it is a standing area.

Booking Fees

There is a £3.00 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.

13 Years and Under

All children aged 13 years & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies

Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access into the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Crowd Flags And Musical Instruments

Supporters can bring flags into Wembley Stadium providing the following guidelines are followed:

  • On Level 1 & 2 the flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point (or smaller than 200cm x 100cm if you are seated on Level 5 of the stadium).
  • In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.
    • Please note that flag poles made of metal or wood are not permitted inside the stadium no matter what size or length the flag / pole is.
  • There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag.
  • The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Any supporters wishing to take flag(s) larger than 250cm (at its widest point) to Wembley Stadium must obtain prior permission. In order to submit a request to bring in a flag please follow the link HERE.”

*Guests may bring a flag into the ground without permission from Wembley Stadium should the following guidelines be followed:

  • The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point.
  • The flag does not have an attached flagpole.
  • In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from wood or plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.
  • There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag and it is not a national flag, other than of the competing players.
  • The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Any supporters wishing to bring a musical instrument into the Stadium must obtain permission by providing the following details to the Finalist Club:

  • Player’s name
  • Instrument type
  • Player’s contact details
  • Picture of the instrument
  • Seat details & turnstile for entry
  • Arrival time at the turnstile

The Club must have knowledge of the player, and they should be a regular attendee of Club matches. The Club, the EFL & WNSL will all need to authorise the musical instrument before it can be brought into the Stadium. No instruments are permitted on level 5 or within boxes. Ideally the player of the instrument should be situated in the middle of the back row of blocks 111,112,133 or 134. Please note that these blocks are standing areas. Separate guidelines are available upon request.

Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments or flags.

Travel

Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination with limited on-site parking. The stadium is well served by national and local rail networks.

Car Parking

Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Prices are £50 per car, £120 per coach and £25 for Blue Badge Holders. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.
