Bolton Wanderers Football Club is creating an opportunity for a new catering partner to join the popular Leasing Options Fan Zone at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
The club is looking for a local food business to introduce a new culinary option for supporters, operating from a dedicated static unit for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons.
The Leasing Options Fan Zone was established in 2022 in consultation with the Bolton Wanderers Supporters’ Trust and has become a successful part of the matchday experience for many fans. It provides a lively social setting before kick-off, where up to 1,200 supporters can gather.
Fans currently enjoy a varied selection of food and drink. The club is proud to host successful partners like Fratellis Catering, Spice Valley and Nam Ploy, whose Italian, Indian and Thai dishes are popular choices. To complement these established favourites and broaden the variety available, this opportunity is for a caterer offering a different style of cuisine.
The club seeks applications from established local businesses that can deliver a premium standard of food and service. Applicants must have a proven operational capacity to handle large crowds consistently and must be able to operate at all home fixtures. The chosen vendor will be expected to hold all necessary EHO approvals and hygiene ratings, aligning with the high standards of the Fan Zone.
This is a chance for a local business to present its food to thousands of supporters at each home game.
The club remains committed to making the Fan Zone a key part of the supporter experience at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
Applicants must submit their completed forms to Chelsea Taylor at ctaylor@bwfc.co.uk.
