Bolton Wanderers Women travel to Boothstown FC this weekend looking to build on their positive run over the past few weeks, unbeaten in their last three, Tom Cunniff’s side will be looking to end their season strongly with their final two games.
The last time the two sides met, Wanderers suffered a 4–2 defeat. Despite threatening a comeback on two occasions, a late fightback proved insufficient as the hosts claimed all three points.
United sit just outside of the relegation zone, with two games in hand on 9th place Tranmere Rovers. On the back of a narrow defeat last weekend to Crewe, United will be looking to spoil Wanderers run of form to keep themselves out of danger.
Wanderers, meanwhile, will be keen to carry forward the momentum they have built since that meeting as they look to widen the gap on fourth place Darwen.
