Wrexham Fixture | Love Football. Protect The Game.

Wrexham stadium general

With another sold-out away end on the road at Wrexham this weekend, Bolton Wanderers would like to remind all travelling supporters of fan behaviour in and around matchday.

Close to 1,300 Wanderers’ fans will head to north Wales on Saturday afternoon (KO 12.30pm) as Steven Schumacher’s side look to make it four consecutive league victories in the Whites’ continued fight for promotion.

We have continually seen the incredible impact you can have as supporters, especially in recent weeks when your backing has helped the lads to come from behind to claim three vital victories against Crawley Town, Shrewsbury Town and Leyton Orient.

There is no doubting that your support has been felt by the players and staff and we will need you once again at the STōK Racecourse if we are to get another positive result this weekend.

We would also like to take this opportunity to emphasise the importance of representing our football club in the best possible way.

We remind fans that entering the pitch without permission, carrying or using smoke bombs or pyrotechnics, drug use and all forms of discriminatory behaviour, including abuse in which homophobic, racist or religious language is used, are all behaviours not tolerated at any Bolton Wanderers' fixture.

All of these acts are dangerous, illegal and have severe consequences. They have no place in football, or anywhere. As a football club, we will not tolerate these behaviours.

We know such behaviour is not representative of the majority of Wanderers' fans, who will show their support on Saturday in a manner that makes the fixture an enjoyable and safe environment for all.

As always, enjoy the game and be right behind Steven and the players from minute one. Our strength is in our togetherness and we need to display that once again on Saturday afternoon.

Love Football. Protect The Game.
