Natasha Dale began playing football at around the age of 11 when she joined her first team, Euxton Girls.
Her journey with Bolton Wanderers began after Covid when she joined the club’s Under-18s, before also becoming part of the Bolton Wanderers EDS college programme between the ages of 16 and 18.
During that period, Natasha played for Chorley Women before signing for Blackburn Rovers Under-21s. Her time with Rovers included one of the proudest moments of her career so far when she made her first-team debut in the Continental Cup.
Natasha also gained further senior experience during loan spells with AFC Fylde and a return to Chorley Women, before signing for Bolton Wanderers Women ahead of the 2024/25 season.
At representative level, Natasha played for Lancashire at Under-16 level and was part of the side which became national champions.
A midfielder who enjoys getting on the ball, Natasha likes to pass and bring energy to the team, identifying her passing ability as her biggest strength.
There is also a strong personal connection behind her decision to join Wanderers. A Bolton supporter herself, Natasha had previously enjoyed some of her best experiences in football at the club and wanted to rediscover that enjoyment. The investment and effort being put into the Women’s team also convinced her that it was a project she wanted to be part of.
Her ambition is simple – to help Wanderers climb as high through the leagues as possible.
Get to know Natasha
Ella Toone was one of Natasha’s footballing role models growing up, with the midfielder’s local roots and playing position helping to make her someone Natasha could look up to.
Her earliest memories as a supporter include going to watch Bolton at the Reebok, while her favourite football memory is seeing Wanderers win at Wembley.
Away from football, Natasha enjoys spending time with friends and works full-time at Burnley Football Club in Hospitality Operations.
Her matchday routine comes with a couple of non-negotiables – Natasha has to wear cut socks and always warms up with her shin pads on.
And something Wanderers supporters might not expect? Before football took centre stage, Natasha used to compete in horse shows.
