Wanderers are back in business!
The promotion winners reported back for the start of pre-season training today (Monday) as the Whites begin their build-up for their Championship return.
Wanderers’ four summer signings – Ben Davies, Luca Stephenson, Akin Famewo and David Watson – clocked in for duty alongside their new team-mates at Lostock.
The players were put their paces with a series of fitness and strength tests before hitting the grass for the start of their running work with a 2k time trial.
The squad will build up their fitness over the coming days at the training ground before setting off for Slovakia next weekend for a week-long training camp which ends with a friendly fixture against Slovakian top-flight outfit DAC 1904 on Friday, 17th July (KO 6.30pm).
